About Our Founder, Louie B

Louie Bischoff, founder of the SOBER Relationship Blueprint, offers online coaching to help individuals recovering from various addictions build healthy, mature SOBER love relationships.

After using alcohol to cope with her marriage ending in 2009, Louie embarked on a journey of personal growth and sobriety in 2012, recognizing the negative impact on her then young sons.

Through work with professionals and other individuals in recovery, she developed the SOBER Relationship Blueprint, a framework guiding personal growth through the acronym SOBER.

Today, Louie is a dedicated entrepreneur and great mother, to her now young-adult sons & applying her Blueprint to aid others in creating successful SOBER Dating Plans and fostering healthy romantic relationships.

Louie resides in Phoenix, Arizona, and has been sober since July 11, 2012.

Maybe You Can Relate

I had turned to alcohol at the end of my marriage as the tool to numb my feelings and to help me ‘cope’ with the pain of the almost twenty-year relationship ending.

I was 44 years old, my sons were 6 & 8 and I continued to turn to alcohol to ‘ease my pain’ through the divorce process and into early divorcehood.

Quickly after I had told my husband that I no longer wanted to be married, the needy-co-dependent in me immediately moved on to another relationship.

This new relationship was ‘great’ because we were both alcoholics and we had ‘a lot in common’!... Sound familiar?

The day I realized that alcohol was ruling my life was the day I began my personal-growth journey into recovery.

For me, the 12 Step rooms/programs & working w/ professionals helped me learn new ways to cope w/ life. That day was July 11, 2012.

Once I stopped drinking, and the co-dependent, unhealthy relationship ended, I knew that I had to change more about myself IF I wanted to have a better life & better relationships...especially, romantic relationships!

Since July 11, 2012, my sobriety date, I have been actively learning how to ‘SOBER Date’, how to have ‘SOBER Relationships’ and how to become a better woman who has better relationships with all people!

Since July 2020, I have been helping other women have better relationships too using my proven SOBER Relationship Blueprint framework.

The SOBER Relationship Blueprint is a framework guiding personal growth through the acronym SOBER – Self Esteem; Openness; Boundaries; Evolving & the Readiness to prepare you to have better, healthier, deeper SOBER relationships.

You Are Not Alone...

Over the past few years, I have realized that I am not alone in my desire to have healthier SOBER relationships.

I have helped many other people build their SOBER Dating Plans & be successful in their romantic relationships - I KNOW I can help you too.

I have helped women and men gain more Self-esteem so that they knew that they were enough.

I have worked with people in recovery to learn how to be Open to interacting in dating situations with people who are not their type.

I have taught women and men how to have Boundaries to keep themselves emotionally and physically safe.

The people I have coached wanted something better & something different for themselves and their relationships - they wanted to Evolve.

These women and men, in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, they were all Ready to Break the Patterns they had been stuck in.

Are YOU ready?

Do Something You’ve Never Done – You’re WORTH It!

  • As the saying goes, ‘If you want something you've never had, you must be willing to do something you've never done.’
  • The SOBER Relationship Blueprint program offers you an opportunity to join, grow and evolve with other women who want ‘something that they’ve never had’ & are willing to do ‘something that they have never done’.
  • Build better, healthier, deeper SOBER personal relationships for yourself – You Are Worth It!

When I got sober from alcohol and began evolving into the woman I am today, I had to continue to choose the ‘something that I had never done before’ because I wanted ‘something that I had never had’ - I wanted better, healthier, and deeper SOBER relationships - I have those today
